Christopher Dore

Attorney

Christopher Dore is an attorney from Beaufort, South Carolina, with extensive trial experience representing clients in criminal and civil matters. Born and raised in Beaufort, he graduated from Beaufort High School before attending Morehouse College, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science in 2020. He earned his Juris Doctor from Charleston School of Law in 2023.

Prior to entering private practice, Christopher served as an Assistant Solicitor for South Carolina’s Fourteenth Judicial Circuit. In this role, he handled hundreds of criminal prosecutions, gained substantial courtroom experience, and secured critical trial convictions while representing the State in General Sessions Court. This extensive trial background provided him with valuable insight into how criminal cases are investigated, evaluated, prosecuted, and ultimately won in front of a jury.

While in law school, Christopher practiced under South Carolina Supreme Court Rule 401, representing indigent tenants facing eviction and winning vital legal battles for individuals who otherwise lacked access to representation.

Today, Christopher brings that same aggressive trial-tested advocacy to clients in criminal defense, personal injury, and workers’ compensation matters throughout the Lowcountry. He prepares every case with a trial-ready strategy to achieve winning verdicts and settlements, with his primary trial practice in Beaufort, Jasper, Hampton, Colleton, and Charleston counties.
